Custom Robotics Development

We design robotic cells for assembly, inspection, packing, and material movement. Our engineers map cycle times, guarding, operator access, and maintenance before building a working prototype.

Projects begin at £18,000. You receive commissioning plans, operator training, and performance checks on your own site.

Intelligent Process Automation

We remove repeated work from finance, claims, procurement, and customer operations. The build can read structured records, route exceptions, and keep an audit trail inside the systems you already use.

Automation reviews start at £2,400. Delivery is staged so your team can test each process before it goes live.

Our history and standards

About Ben's Robotics

Ben's Robotics began in London in 2018 after two engineers saw capable teams lose hours to avoidable manual checks. We started with small production pilots. Each pilot had a named measure and a clear owner. Our work now spans factories, warehouses, insurers, and public-facing services. We build around the tools a client already trusts. We explain model decisions in plain language. We test edge cases before celebrating a result. Safety comes before speed in every robotic design. Data protection is considered at the first workshop. Our mission is to make advanced automation useful to ordinary working teams. We keep project teams small so decisions stay close to the work. Clients meet the people writing and testing their systems. We document every handover. We stay involved after launch. Good automation should give people more control of their day.

Machine Learning Integration

We place prediction and decision engines inside existing software. Demand forecasts, anomaly detection, document classification, and quality scoring are connected to the people who act on the result.

Integration packages start at £12,500. Every model has agreed accuracy thresholds, monitoring, and a route for human review.

A measured delivery path

How We Deliver

Clear ownership keeps complex work moving. Every stage ends with a practical decision.

01. Discovery

We observe the operation, speak with the people doing the work, and measure delays, exceptions, and hand-offs.

02. Design

We set the system boundary, data rules, safety checks, and success measures before selecting the right technology.

03. Develop

We build in short cycles, connect safely to your technology stack, and test normal work alongside difficult exceptions.

04. Deploy

We release in controlled steps, train users, watch live performance, and improve the system using evidence from daily use.

Industries We Serve

Our methods suit regulated work and busy operations where reliability can be measured.

Manufacturing
Logistics and supply chain
Healthcare

Retail and e-commerce
Finance and banking
Agriculture

"The robotic cell gave our operators a safer workstation and lifted output by 40% within the first quarter."

Priya Nair
Operations Director, West Midlands Components

"Our claims team stopped copying data between five systems. Exceptions are visible, dated, and easy to review."

Rhys Morgan
Technology Director, Bristol Underwriting Group

"The stock forecast now reaches branch managers before the morning meeting. We can act while the information is still useful."

Charlotte Hughes
Supply Chain Manager, North Yorkshire Retail

"They asked careful questions about patient records and built the controls into the first design rather than adding them later."

Dr Amina Patel
Clinical Systems Lead, Surrey Health Partnership

"The team gave us a useful decision in three weeks: where automation belonged, where it didn't, and what to measure."
